Our approach to supporting our clients is characterised by the following features:

Each Account Manager is supported by a team of specialists in various functions of the system

The eXplorer helpdesk is available 0830-1730 hours. 24/7 support is available when required

Support via remote access to client databases can be provided for speed and accuracy of resolving issues .

Clients are also able to purchase maintenance contracts that include upgrade assurance and the ability to always stay up to date.

Downloads

Please allow 1/1.5 hours for a standard upgrade or 2/3hours for upgrade with database compact for an upgrade to run.
