Consulting:
Explorer Technologies consultants are available to assist our clients in the planning and effective deployment of technology solutions, from initial needs analysis through to systems integration, training and implementation. 

Our team have been delivering solutions to the travel and tourism industries since 1987 and have a thorough knowledge of travel business operations and technologies. This enables Explorer to determine the best strategy for each travel operation.

Customisation:
At Explorer Technologies we recognise that every travel business is unique and therefore has different requirements, which can be addressed through the customisation of eXplorer.

Business Analysts and designers work with our clients to determine the best method of handling a specific requirement. Our consultants then produce user requirement documents and functional and design specifications, for approval by the client.

In customising eXplorer we aim to satisfy client specific needs, increase efficiency of operations and profitability. A number of system enhancements and additional features have been added to eXplorer to meet specific client requirements and as a result provide additional user functionality to the product as whole.

Implementation:
Implementing a new system can be a challenge. eXplorer's account managers work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth implementation process. Our primary objective is to assist clients in maximising their productivity through the effective use of the eXplorer product.

Training:
Our training and implementation team follow a proven methodology which involves gaining an understanding of the business requirements and adapting the training to “real-life” products, business entities and financial management re-engineering.
